Sirion is now an AI-native agentic contract lifecycle management platform under founder-CEO Ajay Agrawal. In October 2025 it launched next-gen agentic CLM with 360 contracting, and on October 15, 2026 it announced a strategic US alliance with Deloitte Tax LLP.
